1. I make probably 10 offers a week. So, no, I don't depend on agents to send me listings. I find my own. 2. I only submit pics when there is a counter offer and I need to justify my position. 3. I personally use a buyers agent that is familiar with the Armando strategy and numbers. However, I do know of another successful student that only makes offers through the listing agent and that has worked well for him.
